Refund & Cancellation Policy

This reflects the organizer's actual policy, though it hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer — worth doing before relying on it at real scale.

If an event is cancelled

You'll be notified and refunded in full, including the convenience fee and GST, to your original payment method.

If you change your mind

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, except where the event itself is cancelled by the organizer (see above). Please make sure you're able to attend before booking.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through our payment partner. Processing typically takes a few business days depending on your bank.
