What we collect

Name, email or phone number, and booking details when you create an account or buy a ticket. For organizers, we also collect bank details for payouts. We do not require age, gender, or location to book a ticket.

How we use it

To process your booking, deliver your ticket (including via WhatsApp if enabled), show you your order history, and let organizers see who bought tickets to their own events.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data to third parties. Organizer bank details are never shown to fans, and are used only for settlement.

Fans confirm consent to these terms at signup via a checkbox — this isn't buried in fine print you never see.
